Do you Expect Refunds?
We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags.
To start a return, you can contact us at sara@fringerebels.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. (Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.) Once the item is received we will process your refund via the same method you paid.
Conditions of Returns
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please ask for proof of postage from the Post Office for your returned item, as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.
What items cannot be returned?
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for; custom or personalised orders, items on sale and gift cards.
What is the item is damaged?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
How long will my order take?
I make all orders by hand and to order. This is very much part of us trying to do our bit and be as sustainable as possible. We work to 3- 7 working days to receive your order.
Please note that these times may vary in busy periods. If there is any delay, we will notify you by email. If you are in a rush for your order – please do email sara@fringerebels and I will do my best to accommodate.
Who do you use to deliver?
All orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class signed for. Postage is calculated at checkout. If you are in the Horsham area, I can arrange a collection or hand delivery. Please choose no delivery at checkout and email sara@fringerebels.co.uk
Security = GDPR statement
All payment transactions are via a third party secure payment platform Square which ensures no sensitive card data reaches our servers to ensure we are GDPR compliant. ?!?! Fringe Rebels will not be held accountable for any 3rd party fraud or misuse of services by 3rd party platforms.
How do I choose the correct size?
There is a size guide on each product as they do differ. Please do check before ordering as every return is a mark on our little planet.
